 Nourishing, Supporting, and Inspiring New Life Retreat is a living example that offers a nurturing environment to experience life throughout the year on an inspiring self-sustainable, 100-acre organic farm in the unique Lanark Highlands, of Ontario. The centre has a holistic approach honouring support for the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects for greater wellness through a balance of activities including integration of a healthy diet, exercise, meditation, educational teachings, time in nature, and play.
